How it started
A coastal trip.
An idea we couldn't shake.
Pokenom started with a love of poke. On a coastal trip the founders fell hard for the stuff and, back home in Adelaide, realised there weren't many good poke places around. So they built the one they wished existed.
Hawaiian inspired, Japanese twist. Sashimi grade fish delivered whole and cut in house every morning. Lower sugar, less oil, vegan and gluten free options across the board.
